What Axia collects, why it is collected, and how to have it removed. Plain language, no clauses hiding behind a link.

What we collect

Two things: what you send us in a form (name, email, specialty, organisation, country, and the message itself), and anonymous usage statistics such as which pages are read and for how long. We do not collect patient data of any kind, and forms on this site must never be used to send it.

Why we collect it

  • To review and answer a membership, event or contact request.
  • To send the newsletter you subscribed to, and only that.
  • To understand which entries are read so the board knows what to update first.

What we never do

We do not sell your details, we do not pass them to advertisers, and we do not add you to a list you did not ask for. Membership details are visible only to the small team that reviews requests.

How long we keep it

Membership records last as long as the membership, plus twelve months. Enquiry emails are archived for two years. Statistics are aggregated and hold no personal detail.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete everything. Write to the contact address on this site and we will complete the request within 30 days.

Cookies

The site sets only what it needs to work. If analytics or embedded media are enabled by the administrator, they are listed in this section together with the reason for using them.

Questions

Anything unclear in this policy is our failure, not yours. Ask, and we will rewrite the part that did not read well.
